C3Kids Church Day Camp Room Protocols:

We are committed to the safety, health, cleanliness, love and Jesus focused program for our little ones. Our amazing C3 Kids team has put lots of thought into the details for creating an environment to welcome our ages 2 – grades 4 back together.

West Campus- 9:15AM SERVICE ONLY
You will need to register your child/children. By registering you are agreeing to arriving early to check-in your kids, which starts at 9:00AM. Registration helps us prepare a place for your child/children. As space is limited, we cannot guarantee to save their space if you arrive late or more families arrive before you. Your family is welcome to use our family pods in the foyer, or sit in service with a colouring package.

We require masks that cover both the nose and mouth to be worn at all times.

How will C3 Calgary practice social distancing at its locations?

Our seating area will be spaced out and we will have hosts seat you at least 2 meters away from other attendees. We will also encourage everyone to practice social distancing while in the lobby and common areas.

Will C3 Kids be open?

Yes. We are excited to provide our Kids program for all children two years and older. Here are some additional steps we are taking to keep our kids’ spaces safe (and fun) for your family!

  • Drop-off and pick-up will be limited to one parent per household to reduce traffic in the kids’ areas.
  • All C3 Kids’ team members will wear masks during the entirety of the service.
  • We are asking that all C3 Kids in Grade 5 and older wear a mask.
  • Hand sanitizing will be encouraged before entering the kids’ space.
  • No outside items, such as toys or food, will be allowed in Kids’ church, with the exception of personal medication supplies.
  • Our volunteers are washing their hands and/or sanitizing often and we’ll encourage your child to do the same.
  • Enhanced cleaning throughout the C3 Kids church areas has been implemented.
  • During this time, we will have reduced classroom capacities for each of our preschool and elementary classes.

If I choose not to attend in person, is there an online curriculum for my child?

Yes! Visit our Kids page to watch videos and download family discussion questions and activity packages. We also have Online Zoom Rooms!

Is there an experience for my Middle School or High School student?
